2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Hostinger (HOSTINGER, UAB, Švitrigailos g. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania), within the EU. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This is required to deliver the page and to protect the server against attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is kept only as long as necessary for this purpose and is not combined with other data. We have a data processing agreement with Hostinger under Art. 28 GDPR.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no local storage, no analytics or advertising services and no embedded third-party content. It uses no JavaScript. German and English have their own addresses, and your choice is not stored. All fonts and images are served from our own server.

4. Contacting us by email

Emails to us are handled by our Hostinger mailbox. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once your request has been handled, unless we are legally required to keep them.

5. The Mullino app

The app stores only on your device: your language, machine and grinder with their settings (e.g. temperature or burr setting), your beans (name, roaster, roast level, roast date), your shots (dose, yield, time, grind, sourness and bitterness, strength, note, rating of the suggestion), empty weights for your scale and which learning stories you viewed. In the current version the app sends no data to us or to third parties.

You can export all data in the app's settings and delete everything at any time. Uninstalling the app removes it as well.

The barista chat is currently a preview and answers offline. Before any question is sent to an AI service, we will inform you separately, update this policy and ask for your consent.

6. App Store and TestFlight

Downloads, purchases and updates are handled by Apple, which processes data under its own responsibility; see Apple's privacy policy. If you join the beta through TestFlight, Apple provides us with your name, email address, crash reports and any feedback you choose to send. We use this only to improve the app and delete it when the beta ends or you leave it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Just send us an email. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).

If you live outside the EU, for example in the UK or the US, you can exercise the same rights with us. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

8. Changes

If the app or this website changes, we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
